Access Bars is a gentle touch therapy that promotes deep relaxation for both the brain and the body. There are 32 unique points, or "Bars," located on the head, each corresponding to different aspects of life. By lightly touching these points during a session, Access Bars can help release stress and trauma from the body, fostering more positive attitudes toward life.

Common feedback from clients includes a calmer mind, improved outlook on life, better sleep, and increased energy and creativity.

What Happens During a Session?

During a session, the client either lies on a massage table or sits comfortably in a chair, while a practitioner gently holds specific points on the head. Sessions typically last between 30 and 90 minutes, and most people report feeling deeply relaxed and calmer afterward.

How Does It Work?

When the Bars points are lightly touched, they stimulate a positive neurological response in the brain, helping to release the electromagnetic charge of stress, thoughts, and emotions. This process activates the body's natural ability to heal, promoting the physiological changes necessary for enhanced well-being.
